Fellows at UMass Medical School’s Eunice Kennedy Shriver Center will present posters on their work helping local organizations provide better services to people with developmental disabilities June 5 at the Shriver Center in Charlestown.

The fellows at Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND), a program of the Shriver Center, a unit within UMass Medical School’s Commonwealth Medicine division, work as consultants with organizations to help them provide better services and supports to people with developmental disabilities. In most cases, the organizations lack the financial resources to expand services. The posters will show the problem the fellow and agency identified and the recommendations the fellow proposed to help the organization.
