How it works?

  • When a visit is requested via the dispatch hotline, a community paramedic comes to the home within 2 hours, performs mobile diagnostic testing (assessment, labs, imaging), and can start medications.
  • Care is supervised in real time by an Emergency Physician to decide on home treatment or ED transfer.
  • Requests can be made 24/7 by authorized caregivers/staff/clinicians for eligible adults.

Support Us

PARA-AIDD is building a new model of urgent care, one that meets adults with disabilities where they are. We bring medical care directly into homes, reducing stress, avoiding unnecessary ER trips, and improving health outcomes for a population too often overlooked.
Your support will help us train paramedics, expand to more communities, and make this kind of care the norm, not the exception.
Together, we can build a safer, smarter system for those who need it most
