Laurel O’Connor, MD
Principal Investigator,
Medical Director Mobile Integrated Health Program
Dr. O’Connor is an emergency physician and health services researcher at UMass Chan Medical School with expertise in prehospital care and community paramedicine. Her career goal is to improve patient care delivery by developing and studying complementary mobile and digital solutions that bring healthcare into the community.

Emily Lauer, PhD, MPH
Associate Director, E. K. Shriver Center
Director, Center for Developmental Disabilities Evaluation and Research (CDDER)
Dr. Lauer is the Director of the Center for Developmental Disabilities Evaluation and Research (CDDER) at the Eunice Kennedy Shriver Center and an Associate Professor in the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health. She is also the Director of Shriver’s University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDD) and the Associate Director of the Eunice Kennedy Shriver Center. Dr. Lauer has dedicated her career to applied research, evaluation and policy efforts to improve the health and well-being of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and other vulnerable populations.

Deborah Dreyfus, MD, MSc
Medical Director, Department of Developmental Services
Family Medicine and Primary Care Physician, UMass Memorial Health
Dr. Dreyfus is the Medical Director for the Department of Developmental Services and a Family Medicine and Primary Care Physician at UMass Memorial. Both her clinical and research work centers on improving healthcare for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and she acts as an advocate to improve access to care
