Education & Training for Health Promotion

We do training in the community, with professionals, and with researchers on promoting healthy lifestyles for children and youth with I/DD, including those on the autism spectrum.

We train nutrition students from Sargent College at Boston University College of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences and other area schools and programs to provide nutrition education programs to children and youth in area schools, and to work on our research projects as intervention staff, collecting data, and analyzing data.

We train other masters, doctoral, and post-doctoral students to do work in this field.
