Life Sustaining Treatment Policy

This webinar is an overview of the new DDS Life Sustaining Treatment policy including informed consent, authorization for decision making, when it is appropriate to activate a health care proxy, and the role of a guardian. The intended audience for this webinar is caregivers, families, direct support professionals, residential managers, and case managers.
