  • NITRC: The Neuroimaging Informatics Tools and Resources Collaboratory

The NeuroImaging Tools and Resources Collaboratory (NITRC) is an established and award- winning repository of information and support for resources relevant to a broad set of neuroimaging domains and their communities of developers and users. NITRC was the recipient of the 2009 Excellence.gov award and the 2015 HHS Innovates award. The purpose of NITRC is to provide neuroscience researchers with a complete solution to the problem of finding, developing, and sharing neuroimaging and neuroinformatics software tools, finding and sharing large-scale resting state and structural imaging datasets, and manipulating the software and the data in high- performance computing environments. NITRC provides NITRC-R a resource registry; NITRC-IR, an image repository; and NITRC-CE, a computational environment. This effort greatly enhances the delivery of high-performance computing to the large-scale datasets that are becoming the mainstay of neuroscience research and promotes more reproducible publication practices through enhanced resource sharing.

  • CANDI Store

CANDI Store is an institution-wide neuroimaging database that facilitates data integration with our MRI scanners and access to computational analysis resources. Built on XNAT, the eXtensible NeuroAnalysis Toolkit, it hosts content for 59 projects, 1536 subjects, across the Departments of Psychiatry, Radiology and Neurology, as well as various inter-institutional collaborative efforts.
